Kingsley Strudwick

I have been a trainer and facilitator for the past thirteen years, exploring issues such as gender diversity, microaggressions, intersectionality, bystander intervention, and systemic changes in workplace culture. In 2016, I founded Ambit Gender Diversity Consulting, a company dedicated to improving experiences for transgender, non-binary, and Two-Spirit people. By working with teams who are also committed to this goal, and through first-hand experience as a trans person, I am contributing to the development of best practices for supporting and engaging this multifaceted community. Through Ambit, I also facilitate conversations that more broadly address power, privilege, and social responsibility.

I have been living on lək̓ʷəŋən Territories (aka Victoria, BC) since 2009. Throughout my time here, I have come to know that this place, and the people that call it home, have an incredible capacity to evolve. With my personal and professional experience, I’m committed to contributing to that evolution by offering trainings to all those who want to see this community thrive as much as I do.
