“I was tremendously impressed with the Gender Diversity workshop that I was privileged to attend at BCAA. First of all, Kingsley is a gifted facilitator – able to distill and communicate complex concepts that imparted knowledge, and most importantly, empathy. It inspired me regarding inclusivity for both our internal employees and our customers. Ambit’s work is going to change the world for the better, I know that for sure. We are embarking on a new era – I recommend all organizations embrace the opportunity to lead the way!”

Policy Analysis

Your company’s policies will both inform and reflect what’s happening on the ground. It’s important that you have clarity about your vision and values, and that you’re able to clearly communicate them to your staff and clients. Opting to review your policies and procedures shows your commitment to ensuring that your company’s “voice” is consistent.

We suggest policy review in conjunction with a training session to ensure that changes on paper translate to changes in the real world.

Strategic Visioning

For some of you, your team has already made the commitment to be an inclusive space, and has a solid understanding of trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit experiences and needs – but, you’ve hit the road block of how to turn your intentions into reality. You’re no longer in the place of wondering whether you’ll adopt gender-affirming policies and practices. Now, the question is how.

We’ll break down your vision into manageable and realistic steps, identify potential challenges that may arise, and develop an accountability plan to ensure your organization has integrity and stays true to its commitments.

Website & Communications Review

One of the most important pillars of a successful organization is how you let the world know about the work that you do. Language, particularly around gender diversity, is evolving fast, and it’s important to stay up to speed in order to maintain relevant and respectful messaging.

Through a website and communications review, you’ll be able to align what you are doing with what you are communicating to the world.
