Curriculum Design

Ambit has been hired by the University of Victoria and the Housing Services Association of British Columbia, among other clients, to create internal curriculum for training peer supporters and employees.

Project Advisory

Complex projects require a diverse range of expertise. Ambit offers guidance, supervision, and Gender-Based Analysis (GBA+), as we have with the B.C. Peer Support Training Curriculum and the Barbara Hall Park Improvement Project.

Resource Creation

Ambit has experience creating (and co-creating), resources such as videos, learning guides, and info-graphics to crystallize complex concepts into tangible and clear tools for employee education and client engagement.

Research Design

Ambit has designed and brought to life multiple research processes with the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction that have centred the voices of trans, gender diverse, and Two-Spirit people.

Many people are doing uncompensated EDI work off the sides of their desks. Ambit regularly connects with people – whether it’s one call or ongoing coaching – who wish to turn the EDI work they are already doing into a viable freelance career.

Case Example: With St. Michael’s University School, we offered specialized Gender Diversity training + policy guidance, Sexualized Violence Response policies + protocols, parent and student engagement sessions, and learning resource development.
