Energize, inform, & empower

I had the honour of presenting at Victoria’s first (of what will surely be many) DisruptHR event. At this sold-out event that had Legacy Art Gallery filled to capacity, I have to admit that I was a mix of excited and nervous! If you haven’t heard of DisruptHR before, it’s a PechaKucha-style event – the rules are that each speaker gets 5 minutes, to present 20 slides that will give the audience a fresh and compelling new take on a topic. Oh, and the slides change automatically every 15 seconds!
