Open minds and hearts at Wellspring Support

It was a pleasure to facilitate a workshop for Wellspring Support last week. Wellspring supports adults who are living with disAbilities, and it was very clear from our conversations that the staff are as committed to making their services accessible for clients as they are to creating a supportive and energizing work culture for workmates of all genders. I could genuinely sense that Wellspring is an organization of integrity – one that will take their learning from the Gender-Affirming Service Provision training, and really put it into practice!
