It can be difficult to see a way out of a problem when we are viewing it from within. It can also be challenging to identify barriers that exist in your organization if you don’t personally experience them.

We’ll assess where you’re company is currently at in terms of accessibility for trans, non-binary, and Two-Spirit staff and clients, offer perspective on potential areas for growth and change, and explore possibilities for a working relationship with Ambit.
