It was my honour to provide a workshop to forty employees at WorkLink BC in March. They were compassionate and engaged learners willing to think hard, self-reflect, and approach new (and sometimes challenging) concepts with a sense of humour and humility. They took seriously my advice to ask questions and make space for themselves and each other to step outside of their comfort zones. Group safety for the win!
